Small to medium sized production runs are available. SJR Technologies is always working to improve in-house capabilities. Single and double layer etched printed circuit board fabrications are currently available. 4+ layers coming soon! Constant process improvements have allowed excellent precision in circuit board trace tolerances. SJR Technologies circuit boards tolerance rival large board manufacturers and can accommodate all popular component packages and sizes. |

Prototypes can be used for small production runs too! In-house silk-screening provides visual reference for less assembly errors and future evaluation. Working prototypes provide valueable feedback on design performance. When prototypes are fast and inexpensive several revisions can easily be created.

Once design are proven with prototypes, outside board manufactures are used to create a high quality printed circuit boards ready for reflow assembly. |
|
Circuit assembly and soldering can be done by hand or with solder paste and a reflow oven. Complex circuits can quickly be assembled and damaged components removed and replaced.
